To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the 92pkrf Platform, you must meet all of the following criteria:
92pkrf reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held at the time.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You must provide complete, accurate and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 92pkrf will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted on your Account using valid credentials is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified us of unauthorised access.
Account currency is set at registration and cannot be changed thereafter. Pakistani users may select PKR (Pakistani Rupee) as their Account currency where available. Currency conversion fees may apply where a selected payment method operates in a different currency.
92pkrf is committed to operating responsibly and in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. As part of this commitment, we require all Players to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed and at any other time we deem necessary.

Where an Account is denominated in PKR, amounts are displayed and processed in Pakistani Rupees. Exchange rates applied by payment processors are outside 92pkrf's control. Players are advised to check applicable rates with their payment provider before initiating transactions.
Any attempt to conduct fraudulent transactions, including use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or exploitation of payment system errors, will result in immediate Account suspension, referral to relevant authorities and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and loyalty rewards offered by 92pkrf are subject to specific promotion terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, time window and any maximum withdrawal cap are stated in the specific promotion terms.
92pkrf operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Conduct constituting bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; using low-risk or arbitrage strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent; collusion between multiple accounts. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses cancelled and may be permanently closed.
92pkrf reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will be posted on the relevant promotion page and will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress at the time of change, unless fraud or abuse is suspected.

Sports betting markets — including cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments), football, UFC and other live events — are subject to specific market rules that govern bet settlement, void scenarios, postponement policies and in-play betting procedures. 92pkrf processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.
Personal data collected during the registration, KYC and ongoing use of the Platform is used solely for the purposes of providing and improving our services, fulfilling legal obligations, and protecting the integrity of the Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
92pkrf reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and submit a withdrawal request for any Real Money Funds held in your Account before the amended Terms take effect. Bonus Funds may be forfeited if you choose to close your Account rather than accept updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92pkrf holds its operating licence.
